Just Cut It Landscaping is Jimmy Bruce’s lawn company. He started on a mower at 19, worked on commercial properties around Wichita, and has been cutting yards under his own name since 2018.

How often can you mow?
Weekly or every other week. Tell Jimmy what keeps your lawn where you want it and he’ll set it up.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There’s no contract to sign.
What does a mow include?
The lawn is mowed, edged and trimmed, and the grass is blown off when he finishes.
Can you take on a yard that got away from me?
Yes. Overgrown yards, alley strips and weeds are part of the work, and he quotes it before he starts.
How do I pay?
More than one way. Jimmy sends an invoice, and monthly billing is available.
When are you open, and where do you work?
Monday to Friday from 6 AM, Saturday from 7 AM, closed Sunday. Wichita and the neighborhoods around it — tell Jimmy where the yard is.
